As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our employee experience and operating more efficiently, ShotRock Productions will transition to a new payroll and HR provider, DecisionHR, beginning in October 2026. This change will enhance our payroll and benefits administration while creating meaningful value for our employees.
Most importantly, the savings generated through this transition will allow us to increase every employee’s hourly rate by $1.00 per hour effective January 1, 2027.
In addition to the wage increase, employees will gain access to expanded voluntary benefit options and additional employee support resources through DecisionHR.
What You Need to Do
- Watch for an onboarding email from DecisionHR in the coming weeks.
- Complete all requested onboarding information as soon as possible after receiving the email.
- Contact management if you have questions or encounter any issues during the onboarding process.
Your timely completion of the onboarding process is essential to ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted transition.

Employees will have access to a variety of voluntary, employee-paid benefit options, including:
- Dental and vision insurance choices
- Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance
- Short-term and long-term disability coverage
- Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance
- Pet insurance
Additional services through the NBM Benefits Marketplace, including telehealth, counseling, prescription savings, legal assistance, financial wellness resources, tax support, and other employee discounts.
We will also continue to offer our 401(k) program through Slavic with a company match of up to 4%.
Additionally, DecisionHR partners with ZayZoon, which allows employees to access a portion of earned wages before their regularly scheduled payday.
